What it is
Radiofrequency body treatment for skin laxity and collagen support
Exilis Body uses monopolar radiofrequency energy with a simultaneous cooling system to deliver controlled thermal energy into the deeper layers of the skin on body treatment areas. The RF energy heats the dermis and underlying tissue, which may stimulate the body's natural collagen remodelling response over the course of treatment.
Exilis Body is the body adaptation of the Exilis 360 platform — using the same monopolar RF technology configured with applicators suited to larger body surface areas. The treatment focuses on the skin itself — addressing laxity and quality in the overlying tissue — rather than targeting fat or muscle composition.
All treatments are performed by qualified practitioners at Regenesis following a thorough assessment. Individual responses vary and suitability is confirmed at consultation before any treatment begins.

Technology used
How Exilis Body works
Exilis Body uses the same monopolar RF platform as Exilis 360, adapted for body treatment areas with larger applicators. The device includes an integrated cooling system that protects the skin surface while delivering energy to the deeper tissue layers.
What to expect
The treatment experience
Your first appointment begins with a skin and body assessment. Your practitioner will assess the treatment area, discuss your concerns and confirm the approach, settings and expected number of sessions. Pricing is confirmed at this appointment.
During treatment, the Exilis Body handpiece is moved across the treatment area in a controlled pattern. Most clients describe a consistent warming sensation throughout the session. The temperature is monitored and adjusted to remain at a comfortable and therapeutically appropriate level. Sessions typically take between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the area being treated.
Following treatment the skin in the treated area may appear mildly flushed and feel warm. This typically settles within a few hours in most cases. Most clients are able to return to their normal routine shortly after their appointment, though individual responses vary.
Sessions + Downtime
Treatment plan and maintenance
A minimum of 4 sessions is recommended for Exilis Body. Sessions are typically spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart for the initial course. Collagen remodelling occurs progressively — the skin's response continues to develop in the weeks following each session and across the treatment course.
Maintenance sessions are often recommended following the initial course to support the skin's response over time. The frequency of maintenance varies by individual and treatment area, and will be discussed at your consultation.
Downtime is generally minimal for most clients. Staying well hydrated before and after each session is recommended as hydration supports the skin's response to RF treatment.
