What it is
Radiofrequency treatment for skin laxity and collagen support
Exilis 360 is a non-invasive radiofrequency (RF) treatment that delivers controlled thermal energy into the deeper layers of the skin. The RF energy heats the dermis and underlying tissue, stimulating the body's natural collagen remodelling response. Over a course of sessions, this may contribute to a gradual improvement in skin quality, laxity and overall skin structure.
Exilis 360 uses a monopolar RF platform with a built-in cooling system that protects the skin's surface while energy is delivered to the deeper tissue layers. The treatment is performed without needles, without surgery and with generally little to generally little to generally little to no downtime.
All treatments are performed by qualified practitioners at Regenesis following a thorough skin assessment at consultation.

Technology used
How Exilis 360 works
Exilis 360 uses monopolar radiofrequency energy with a simultaneous cooling system. The RF energy penetrates to a controlled depth in the skin, generating heat that stimulates collagen remodelling in the treated tissue. The cooling system maintains the comfort and integrity of the skin surface during treatment.
What to expect
The treatment experience
Your first appointment begins with a skin assessment. Your practitioner will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and confirm the treatment areas and approach. Your skin will be cleansed at the start of your appointment.
During treatment, the Exilis 360 handpiece is moved across the treatment area in a controlled pattern. You will feel a consistent warmth as the RF energy is delivered — this is monitored throughout the session to ensure it remains at a comfortable and therapeutically appropriate level. Sessions typically take between 20 and 45 minutes depending on the area being treated.
Downtime is generally minimal. Your skin may appear slightly flushed and feel warm immediately after treatment — this settles quickly. You can typically return to their normal routine shortly after following each session.
Sessions + Downtime
Treatment plan and maintenance
A minimum of 4 sessions is recommended for Exilis 360. Sessions are typically spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart for the initial course. Collagen remodelling occurs progressively — the skin's response continues to develop in the weeks following each session and across the treatment course.
Maintenance sessions are often recommended following the initial course to sustain the skin's response over time. The frequency of maintenance varies by individual and will be discussed at your consultation.
Downtime is generally minimal — most clients return to their normal routine the same day.
Sun protection is recommended throughout your treatment course. Keeping the skin well hydrated and supporting it with appropriate skincare between sessions may support the skin's response to treatment.
