Emface
Non-invasive treatment targeting facial muscles and dermal collagen — no needles, generally little to generally little to no downtime
Book a ConsultationWhat it is
Non-invasive facial muscle and dermal collagen remodelling
Emface is a non-invasive facial treatment by BTL that simultaneously addresses two key contributors to facial ageing — muscle tone and dermal collagen. Using a combination of Synchronised Radiofrequency (RF) and High-Intensity Facial Electromagnetic Stimulation (HIFES), Emface targets both the muscles and the skin in a single treatment.
As facial muscles weaken with age, they lose their ability to support and lift the overlying skin. Emface stimulates the facial muscles to contract, while the RF energy simultaneously works within the dermis to support collagen remodelling. The combination of these two actions addresses the structure beneath the skin as well as the skin itself.
The treatment is performed without needles, without surgery, without anaesthetic and with generally little to no downtime. All sessions are performed by qualified practitioners at Regenesis.

How Emface works
Emface uses two energies simultaneously — delivered via hands-free applicators placed on the face during treatment.
What to expect
The treatment experience
Your first appointment begins with a facial assessment. Your practitioner will assess your skin and facial structure, discuss your concerns and confirm the treatment is appropriate for you. Your skin will be cleansed at the start of your appointment.
During treatment, hands-free applicators are positioned on the face. You will feel warmth from the RF energy and a series of muscle contractions from the HIFES stimulation — these are controlled and generally well tolerated. Sessions take approximately 20 minutes.
Downtime is generally minimal. Your skin may appear slightly flushed immediately after treatment — this settles quickly. You can typically return to their normal routine shortly after following each session.
Sessions + Downtime
Treatment plan and maintenance
A minimum of 4 sessions is recommended for Emface, delivered weekly. The initial course is designed to progressively build muscle tone and stimulate collagen remodelling over the treatment period. Results continue to develop in the weeks following the completion of the course as the tissue responds.
Maintenance sessions are typically recommended following the initial course to sustain and build on outcomes over time. The frequency of maintenance varies by individual and will be discussed at your consultation.
Downtime is generally minimal. Emface is one of the most time-efficient facial treatments available — 20 minutes per session, generally generally no recovery period required required.
